ØDS receives BG's Chief Executive Innovation Award

BG has awarded their Chief Executive Innovation Award in the category Alliance with External Parties to a team consisting of BG Kazakhstan, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating (KPO), Chevron, ENI, ØDS, GE Oil & Gas and John Crane.

The award was given for successful root cause analysis of dry gas seal failures and compressor shaft erosion. The effort led to implementation of improved operational procedures and a 40% improvement in compressor availability was achieved.
