Consultancy Profile

Since our foundation in 1980, ØDS has aimed to be the best within noise and vibration control. We have achieved our high competence from working across the business streams Marine, Oil & Gas, Rail, Industry and Power, Building, and Infrastructure. With headquarters in Denmark and offices in Sweden, Norway and France, ØDS employs more than 70 people from all over the world.

The first assignments consisted mainly of noise and vibration control on ships and industrial plants. However, activities quickly expanded and today our services cover many other sectors, including:

We offer assistance at the negotiation, design and construction phase, during sea trial and troubleshooting, and during commissioning of new and existing products. Our clients benefit from our many years of experience and state-of-the-art tools, such as the advanced Root Cause Analysis technique.




We believe innovation is the key to success and this involves continuous research and development. We have a long-standing tradition of supporting and participating in university and industry projects; contributing as sponsor, mentor and equal contributor in graduate and doctoral projects as well as Joint Industrial Projects (JIP).
